01

Authorized use

You may use Kodulobot only for Slack workspaces and data you are authorized to administer. Do not use it to collect unlawful, deceptive, highly sensitive, or abusive content.

02

Administrator responsibility

Workspace administrators control participants, questions, channels, schedules, access, retention, and exports. They are responsible for informing their teams about the reporting process and selecting appropriate questions.

03

Beta service

Kodulobot is currently being prepared for production beta use. Features may evolve, and maintenance may temporarily affect availability. Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

04

Slack dependency

Some functions depend on Slack APIs, permissions, installation state, and channel membership. Slack interruptions or permission changes may delay prompts and messages until access is restored.

05

Security

You must protect account credentials, review role assignments, and report suspected unauthorized access. Never share passwords or integration credentials.

06

Suspension and deletion

Access may be suspended to protect users, service integrity, or legal compliance. Workspace deletion requests are reviewed to prevent accidental loss.
